Sew Liberated never ceases to amaze me - your patterns are inspiring & your service is exceptional. There are many amazing indie pattern companies but yours stands out & connects with sewists in a very unique & positive way. Thirteen of my 250+ patterns are yours. I reach for them most often to sew & to wear (who knew a Stasia dress could see you through a day of work, errands, events & a good night's sleep?!). Whatever magic you're working, please keep doing it & count me in as one of your groupies.

I just want to take a minute to tell you all how much I like your patterns.

I just made the Studio Tunic for my daughter (undyed denim) and it was so well designed! What a great gift.

The class with Meg totally changed my view of clothing. The exercises she used to walk us through finding our style were eye-opening and left me inspired to continue the journey.

Wait til you see me next time — my personal style will be rock-star!

I'm really proud of how far I've come! I'm also so proud of my classmates, whom I've been meeting via Sew Liberated's (non-social-media) groups pages, and it's been so nice to connect with other people who are also experiencing the learning process and sharing their own perspectives and questions.

Sew liberated had been on my radar for a number of years, and had with great hope purchased some patterns But when I saw the Fit & Few class for the Chanterelle pants I found time and made it a priority. As a life long sewist there are many gaps in my skill set, and confidently altering a pattern to fit the body I have now is a glaring one. I was so impressed with the format of the class and Shaerie’s ability to teach in such a way that she hit on all of the small things a newby wouldn’t know while at the same time not dumbing it down so much that a veteran like myself would lose interest. I love my pants so much I even find myself dreaming of laundry day so I can wear them again.

I wasn't sure what to expect from the Learn To Sew Your Clothes Course, but already after the first modules I have gotten information that is invaluable. Simple things that as a self-taught sewer no one ever told me. I look forward to going deeper into the course, and with the knowledge I have gained so far to finally being able to work WITH my sewing machine instead of AGAINST it!

I want you to dress yourself with intention. To clothe yourself in lovingly-made, well-fitting treasures. To dress how you want to FEEL.

I didn’t always have this clarity surrounding my wardrobe. Learn more about how my son’s devastating diagnosis shaped me into the confident and purpose-filled sewist I am today.

You want to love your wardrobe. You want the joy of making something beautiful.

But, let’s be honest, that long list of potential projects can be OVERWHELMING, making you feel anxious rather than joyful.

I’ve developed a Guide to Holding Time for Creativity where I show you a path to slowing down, finding mental space, and turning your sewing into a practice of self-care.
